Return Process

  Visit our returns portal or email our support team with your order number and photos of the product within 7 days of receiving your package.

  Once your request is approved, ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Bandhani Jaipur tags and packaging intact.

  We will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address through our trusted courier partners at a scheduled time convenient for you.
